1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Returns and Refunds: Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Prepaid Orders:
Returns: If you’ve made a prepaid purchase, you may return the product within 7 days from the delivery date, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Refunds: Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business days and your order will be exchanged and delivered with in 5 to 7 business days.
3. General Guidelines:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the allowed return window.
The product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
4. Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item is defective, damaged, or broken upon arrival, please record a video when unboxing the product as evidence.
If the product is confirmed defective or damaged due to a mistake on Esvara’s part, you will be entitled to a full refund including the delivery charges.
